Resumo
In this article we contend that, given the aesthetic fact of human imperfection, it is possible to imagine that rationality emanates from the value of solidarity. We identify an evolution of the principle of good faith towards the principle of solidarity. Thus, dignity, the foundation of all rights, reaches its highest expression.
